Buckeye Partners is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates in three business segments: Domestic Pipelines & Terminals, which owns and operates pipeline located primarily in the northeastern and upper midwestern portions of the U.S. and services delivery locations; Global Marine Terminals, which provides bulk storage, marine terminal throughput services, and other related services; Merchant Services, which is a wholesale distributor of refined petroleum products in the continental U.S. and in the Caribbean, and its customers consist principally of product wholesalers and primary commercial users of refined petroleum products.
