Rhinebeck Bancorp is a bank holding company. Through its subsidiary, Rhinebeck Bank (the Bank), Co. provides banking and financial services to consumer and commercial customers through its branches and representative offices located in Dutchess, Ulster, Orange, and Albany counties. Financial services including, investment advisory and financial product sales, are provided through a division of the Bank. The Bank's main business activity is accepting deposits from the general public and using those funds to originate indirect automobile loans, commercial real estate loans, commercial business loans and one- to four-family residential real estate loans, and to purchase investment securities.
